Returns

So as to ensure a refund either to you bank account, PayPal account, or the credit card your paid for your order with you must be aware of the following information when returning a product that was purchased at Dispensary Necessities.

If you receive a shipment from Dispensary Necessities that is damaged, has a shortfall on products delivered, or has some type of discrepancy, we must be alerted to this fact with 2 business days of receiving the issue order. It’s very important to not disrupt the issue order, meaning, try not to unwrap plastics or packaging material if you have found an error, at least until Dispensary Necessities has resolved the issue with you, and with regards to your order.

If it is discovered that there is an issue with your order we deem it the customers responsibility to safely and securely pack, then ship or courier the box and its content back to Dispensary Necessities using a track or traceable ground shipping company like US Postal Service insured mail. Of course you are most welcome to drop it back to us if your shop is located close by.

Products being sent back to Dispensary Necessities should be:

  • Returned to Dispensary Necessities within a 30 day period from original shipping date

  • The returning goods should be in reasonable condition, as per above, they should be in their shipped, original packaging, and containing all the products, the goods must also be in a reasonable saleable condition

  • Charges to do with shipping will only be refunded if goods were shipped incorrectly, or there was some issue with the goods upon arrival at your shop or warehouse

  • When returning goods you are required to write your ‘returns authorization’ number on the outside of the box, Dispensary Necessities will share this unique number with you. You must also include the original packing/shipping slip that Dispensary Necessities sent to you when the order arrived

  • If you have received a ‘free item’ with your purchase this must also be included in the return - failure to return ‘free items’ will mean that we cannot offer your money back

  • If you have purchased a box or case of products, then this is sent back, the box must contain the entire amount of goods that was originally sent. If the box/case is missing products you will be charged the surplus of missing stock, at the single price per unit charge, rather than the bulk discount charge

  • If the goods have been damaged in transit it is the customer's responsibility to make a claim against the carrier, and not Dispensary Necessities

  • Dispensary Necessities’ purchase policy states that if you return something, that is not faulty or damaged upon arrival, you will be charged a 15% fee of the total cart, or cost per unit price which we define as a restocking fee

  • If you purchase items that are ‘on sale’ or are ‘clearance specials’ you cannot return them; these Dispensary Necessities defines as final sales

  • If a credit is required due to a return, we can only provide that credit, to the credit card you purchased on, on to the PayPal account you paid with

  • Most credits are distributed within 7 days of receiving the goods and process the return
